Custom, Automated, and Cost-Effective Pumping Solutions
Pumptronics was founded on the premise of designing, building, installing and servicing custom, automated pumping solutions delivered and supported directly to the client. Working directly with clients reduces our costs by cutting out distributors, and another layer of complexity. This allows us to develop optimized, custom solutions, which are also cost-effective… rivaling the cost of standard pumping solutions offered elsewhere.
We work with a wide variety of companies, contractors, and engineering firms to develop products that can resolve virtually any pumping problem or challenge. Given our experience with a broad range of industries, applications, and pumping platforms, we are certain that we can help you achieve your desired goals.
As a customer focused company, all of our solutions are built-to-order, and tailored to the specific needs of clients. We look at a number of parameters when designing a new pumping system including:
- Pump station requirements
- Overall system design
- The economics of use including maintenance, and operational costs
- Energy consumption
- Contingency plans
- Desired flow rate
- Energy consumption
- Climate and micro climates
- Terrain and geological (rock, slope, and soil) considerations
- Reliability and availability of water sources at different times of the year
- Pipe flow characteristics
- Friction loss calculations
- Filtration
- Additives that may be required
- Control valves
- Automated control systems
The PULSE CUSTOM® Control Panel
The brain behind our custom, automated systems is our customizable control panel.
We can engineer, design and construct electrical control panels to any custom design requirements for any industry.
